The intervention

Institutional need

The pilot needed to operate across faculties, programmes and campuses, with a coordinated delivery support structure. The COVID-19 disruption then required a rapid change in delivery.

My ownership

Designed the first-year core curriculum pilot; supervised 40+ postgraduate student assistants; served as programme liaison to faculty managers and institutional stakeholders, with standing invitations to faculty and teaching and learning boards.

From design to delivery

Implementation

Integrated the module into academic structures across four faculties, ten programmes and two campuses. Designed and led the emergency remote learning transition, adapting curriculum delivery to the new context.

Delivery evidence

Maintained 75%+ engagement among 1,200+ students during the remote transition. This is an engagement measure, rather than a claim of independently measured learning or workplace performance gains.
